Bridgetown Brew Systems needed to up their game with a clean, professional, and well-functioning website that allowed visitors to learn and interact as they began their journey to build a distillery or brewery.

OVERVIEW
Bridgetown Brew Systems is a distilling and brewing equipment manufacturer with a worldwide footprint, but their current website didn’t effectively showcase their established, trusted, and globally-loved brand. The owner of Bridgetown Brew Systems partnered with senior designer Nicole Bittner and I to help them get to the next level as a company.

Over the course of a few months, Nicole and I worked closely with the owner of Bridgetown Brew Systems to transform their website experience. I took on the role as the website strategist, determining how the site should function (balancing what was possible in their current site platform), developing wireframes that met their audience of both beginning and well-established craftsmen where they were at in their buying process, and developed the copy that spoke to them.

Throughout the process, we uncovered a lot of opportunities to engage with our audience. We went on to build a simple equipment estimating tool and hosted two photoshoots, one at the Bridgetown warehouse location and the other on-site at their client’s distillery.
